Is there a free trial?
Yes. Basic, Pro and Team start with a 1-month free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then to avoid being billed.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan from the app at any time. Changes take effect on the next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my client limit?
We'll let you know when you're approaching the limit. To add more clients, simply switch to a higher plan from the app.
How do I purchase a paid plan?
Paid subscriptions (Basic, Pro and Team) are purchased from the Runifit mobile app, in your account settings. For the Elite plan, get in touch with us and we'll set up a plan that fits your team.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from the app. You'll keep access to your plan until the end of the billing period.
